360 started as a simple idea at home — to help our family stay hydrated, healthy, and full of energy through every adventure. As a dad to two incredibly active daughters — competitive swimmers, netball players, footballers, gymnasts, and aquathon athletes — I wanted to give them something better than sugar-filled sports drinks.

Watching my girls train, compete, and grow stronger every season reminded me that proper hydration and nutrition aren’t optional — they’re essential. 360 became our way of making sure they had everything their bodies needed to recover faster, perform better, and stay balanced — naturally.
